Vern Brewer, co-founder and president of Holladay Engineering Company established in 1982, is responsible for business management, project development and project management. He is experienced in long range planning, funding, public involvement and development for a wide array of municipal-public projects. He oversees the development of a consulting firm that includes over 20 licensed professional engineers, geologists, and surveyors with offices in Payette and Boise. Mr. Brewer's planning and infrastructure growth guidance work includes economic evaluations, comprehensive planning, zoning ordinance impacts and general development ordinance advisories for numerous cities and counties in southwest Idaho.
