and comprehensive plan. We currently maintain all of the City's

their system to their specific needs. HECO wrote a job description,
conducted interviews, and assisted in selecting a GIS manager
for the County.

and databases for the Payette County Transportation Plan. HECO
researched and advised the County on the best system that would
address their needs. HECO (on the County's behalf) purchased,
delivered the hardware and software, and did the system setup
for the GIS system. We trained the county staff on maintaining
the data.
