John Blom,
P.E., M.B.A.,
one of the principals of Holladay Engineering, began his engineering career
in 1993. His experience includes a variety of engineering design projects
including water and wastewater systems, road design, and landfills. He
fills a key role in the project management, design, plans and specification
preparation, and construction administration for infrastructure improvement
projects. Mr. Blom has managed the successful construction of several
projects with contracts in excess of $1 million. All the large projects
that he has managed included numerous different funding agencies, contractors,
and property owners. He has written closure plans for three Boise County
Landfills. These reports included site characterization, drainage design,
final cover design, and correspondence with the Central District Health
Department. Mr. Blom has also written environmental site assessments for
the City of Eagle and Canyon County.
