Holladay
Engineering Company is a private multi-disciplined firm providing
professional services to municipalities, counties, businesses, and
individuals of southwestern Idaho and eastern Oregon since 1982. We
provide consulting services for civil engineering, land use planning,
geological investigation and analysis, mapping, and construction management
services. Our primary clientele are municipal and county governments.
The range of services we provide include the following areas:

Municipal Well Siting, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, and
Stormwater Facilities;

Special
projects and assignments include GIS and topo-graphic mapping, planning
and zoning administration, ordinance and standards development,
plan review, facilitating public workshops, meetings and hearings
as appointed City and County Engineer.
We
routinely assist in preparing feasibility studies, assist in identifying
grant and loan funding scenarios, and help facilitate the application
and administration process of funding programs. Holladay Engineering
seeks to apply innovative approaches to traditional municipal problems.
