Michael
Davis, P.E. began
his engineering career in 1993 with Holladay Engineering and is one of
the principals of the company. His experience includes a variety of design
projects for water distribution, wastewater collection, transportation,
drainage, and bridge projects. He has provided project management, design,
and construction administration for numerous public works improvement
projects and has been the consulting City Engineer for various cities
in Idaho and Oregon. In his role as City Engineer, he has been involved
with the City's planning and zoning department, public works department,
and City leaders for all aspects of City government functions including
budgeting, ordinance revisions, meetings with regulatory agencies, and
development review. In addition to the design and construction of projects,
he has also been involved with numerous projects requiring analysis and
report preparation for geotechnical design, water master planning, wastewater
facility planning, and the hydraulics of natural watercourses for flood
studies and bridge design.
