Ms. Kee began work at Holladay Engineering in 1998. She has been fulfilling the duties of environmental coordinator since the fall of 2007. Her experience in preparing categorical exclusion environmental reports for ITD projects include: researching project information, preparing ITD 654 Environmental Evaluation Documents and supporting narrative, preparing No Effect Statements, completing Hazardous Material Administrative Review documents, and preparing agency response correspondence and follow-up documentation. Ms. Kee facilitates communication between project engineers and regulatory agencies on environmental related issues, researches project regulatory permit requirements, and assists in the preparation of permits.
