Marlin Gochnour, P.E. is a registered professional engineer in Idaho and Utah with over eight years of experience in all facets of the development process. Throughout his career, Marlin has gained valuable experience in urban redevelopment, hillside development, mixed use, residential, and commercial land development projects. In addition Marlin has also had the opportunity to do structural steel design, surveying (boundary, design and construction) as well as construction inspections. Over the past several years he has developed his abilities with AutoCAD LDD as well as the new Civil 3D software to aid in the design process. His attention to detail and commitment to client service are the foundation to the quality work he consistently delivers.
