Elwin Butler, P.E. has the educational background that includes structural design in concrete, steel, and timber, which encompass bridge and building design. He was involved with the University of Idaho Steel Bridge Team for two years and worked with optimizing the geometry and size of the bridge members including the fabrication of these members. He also used his skills in hydrology and highway design in preparing a preliminary report and drawings for subdivision approval.
