David Barton (Bart) Brooke, P.E., began his civil engineering career in 1995. He is a registered professional civil engineer in California with over eight years experience in land development design of residential tracts to single family residences, commercial, light industrial and mixed use projects. His experience also includes municipal engineering design projects including street improvements and pavement management. Bart has over nineteen years in residential, commercial and industrial construction engineering experience that includes construction inspection, surveying, estimating, and project management.
