Basil Tupyi, P.E. has more than twenty-nine years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with recent experiences in actively managing environmental investigations for the collection and assessment of site information, developing conceptual remedial action design alternatives, interfacing with discipline engineers to finalize the detailed design alternative, and providing construction oversight of remedial action projects. Also has experience in managing project resources, budgets, schedules and work quality.
